The reFocus Afrika National AgriTech & Digital Skills Transformation Program is a bold, private-sector-led national initiative designed to connect Tanzania's young people, university students, entrepreneurs, SMEs and farming communities to the skills, technologies, opportunities and markets needed to participate meaningfully in the digital and agricultural economy.
Beginning with a flagship implementation in Mbeya Region, the programme is a scalable national model combining digital skills development, ICT, Artificial Intelligence, agriculture, AgriTech, entrepreneurship, innovation, workforce development and market access within one connected ecosystem.
This is more than a training programme — it is a pathway from Skills → Experience → Technology → Employment → Entrepreneurship → Productivity → Income → Growth.
